Who we are
MammoCheck Ltd, Nicosia, Cyprus ("MammoCheck", "we") operates mammocheck.co. For privacy matters contact [email protected].
What we collect
- Waitlist signup - when you tick the consent box and join the waitlist, we store your email address together with a record of your consent (the date and time, the version of this policy you agreed to, the page source, and the IP address used) as proof of consent. We use this only to notify you about availability and our clinical and regulatory progress. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). The data is stored in our own database hosted within the EU. You can withdraw consent and have the record deleted at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
- Study bookings - bookings are handled by Setmore; their privacy policy applies to data entered there.
- Analytics - if enabled, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that do not track you across sites.
What we do not collect on this site
This website does not collect health data. Health data handling for the MammoCheck device and app will be covered by a separate notice when the product becomes available.
Data retention and sharing
Waitlist data is kept until you withdraw consent or the waitlist is closed, after which the record is deleted. We do not sell personal data. Processors we use (e.g. email delivery) act under data processing agreements within the GDPR framework.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
